CSM Winder is a reversing winder designed for continuous winding of chopped glass fiber mats, positioned at the end of the CSM (Chopped Strand Mat) production line. Engineered to meet specific manufacturing requirements, the winder can be configured from a basic setup to a fully automated system, including a roll handling section and winding shaft extractor.
Designed for versatility, the CSM Winder accommodates a wide range of mat thicknesses and supports both powder and emulsion binders. The machine can be equipped with advanced features such as:
