Optimized Turret Winding System
Equipped with a cantilevered dual-mandrel turret, the TCW-600 ensures uninterrupted operation. Each turret arm holds a winding mandrel, and once one roll is completed, the turret rotates seamlessly, exchanging the mandrel with the finished roll for an empty one. Simultaneously, an automatic cross-cut system precisely trims the web for a flawless transition.
