THD – Combined Winding Machine
This machine is designed for winding woven multiaxial webs made from materials such as glass, aramid, and carbon fibers. With extensive options for adjusting winding parameters, it ensures high-quality winding across a diverse range of materials.
By combining central and surface winding with controlled contact pressure, it enables the production of large-diameter windings while maintaining structural integrity. The sensitive dancer system and powerful compensator allow for high winding forces, even for delicate materials, ensuring compact and stable rolls. Additionally, the robust drive system supports working with heavy-duty materials using substantial winding forces. If necessary, the machine can be utilized for simple surface winding without handling a separate winding shaft.
